5. Order Cancellation

We accept cancellation requests within 12 hours

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before your order is shipped.

Please use the same phone number that was used to place the order.

To cancel an order, simply send us a message on WhatsApp with your order details.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Important: For security and order verification purposes, cancellation requests will only be accepted from the same WhatsApp/mobile number used to place the order. Requests sent from a different number may not be processed.

2. Parcel Opening Video (Important)

To claim a return or refund, you must record a complete unboxing video while opening your parcel.

The video should:

• Start before opening the package.
• Clearly show the sealed parcel.
• Show the product and all items inside.
• Be continuous without any cuts or edits.

If you receive:

• Wrong product
• Damaged product
• Missing item
• Defective item

Please send the complete unboxing video to us on WhatsApp. Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process your return or refund request.

3. Refund Policy

A refund will only be approved if:

• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product arrived damaged.
• The item is defective.
• The issue is verified through the unboxing video.

Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products damaged after delivery due to customer misuse.
• Products without original packaging.
• Products returned after 24 hours.
• Return requests without a valid unboxing video.

7. Shipping Charges

• If AK Mart sends the wrong or damaged product, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
• For other approved return requests, shipping charges may apply.
